Vélo was founded through a passion for the time-honoured craft of baking and a deep gratitude for the food we share; the bounty of the earth and the hard work and dedication of farmers and distributors alike. Care and attention inform all our activities in the bakery and pizzeria. We source ingredients which are grown and processed by fairly and respectfully treated workers, grown without the use of harmful chemical pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers. We produce a wide range of sourdough and slow prove breads and patisserie, always using organic flour and never using refined sugar or additives.
